When the brilliant Kaisa from French Grey Events asked me to be the photographer for a stunning spring
elopement photoshoot in Paris, I was absolutely honoured! Madison and Austin, a beautiful couple from
Colorado, fell in love with Paris and wanted to combine their elopement and honeymoon in Europe. It was stunning! Working alongside Kiasa was a dream, she’s a huge talent. Not only is she an event planner, she performed the ceremony, arranged the flowers and owns a lovely bridal boutique called Vivienne Paris Bride. Needless to say, the couple was in wonderful hands and I was thrilled to be a part of it. In this Paris elopement shoot, old world beauty met modern style. The beautiful young couple eloped in a park next to a serene and peaceful pond surrounded by trees, spring was in bloom! The green of the park blended with the pink accents of the vow book, bridal bouquet and groom’s boutonniere, the lovely, cream stone pillar nearby a nod to bygone times. The bride wore an off the shoulder gown for a classic, modern look. Together the photos created were simple, charming and timeless. After the elopement ceremony the shoot continued through the streets of Paris. The cream, pink and green colour palette continued throughout the photoshoot while the old world beauty of the city architecture created a stunning framework for the beautiful bride and groom. Their love was palpable! It was a truly perfect day; does it get much more romantic than Paris in spring?
