Elegant Afterwedding shoot in Studio

“Simplicity is the key note of all true elegance.”

- Coco Chanel

Having had the amazing opportunity to work alongside the brilliant cake designer Cynthia Klein for a few wedding photoshoots, I was truly honoured when she asked me to photograph and help organize her post-wedding photoshoot! I absolutely love Cynthia both as a professional and as a wonderful human being. Not only is she hugely talented with a gift for creating unique and spectacular cake designs, she’s also the most caring, kind-hearted person you’ll ever meet. Her passion for all things cake and romance consistently brings me joy.

Cynthia and her spouse wanted to express their “love of delicacies in a minimalistic and artistic way.” Keeping the shoot both romantic and raw, we worked to create an atmosphere that was both delicate and earthy.

We were so fortunate to have Madita from Grace and Flowers creating the breathtaking floral designs. Her work is stunning and unlike any other German florist, she truly has her own signature floral style. She brought in huge branches to match the raw, earthy and romantic tone of the shoot. The tones were neutral, the details simple, pretty and minimal. As a cake designer with a unique eye, Cynthia wanted both cakes and wild flowers gently introduced throughout the shoot, as well. Glass pieces added delicacy while allowing the florals and cakes to be wonderfully expressed in the forefront of the photos, and the neutral, earthy tones added a quiet and peaceful feeling of love shared between the bride and groom. Their essence truly shone through this beautiful design.

It was a beautiful experience to be able to share in and help bring this amazing couple’s vision to life.

What inspires your perfect post-wedding photoshoot?

All diese Elemente sollten sich in unserem After Wedding Shoot widerspiegeln.
